Returns
Mantle Cosmetics strive to provide you with the best quality products. Due to hygienic purposes, our products, are not eligible for any returns nor exchanges. Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
Damaged Item
To ensure that Mantle Cosmetics are providing our customers with the best and quality products, Mantle Cosmetics conducts a quality audit for all products prior to shipment. In the event there are any product(s) that do not meet the standard of Mantle Cosmetics, the item(s) will be discarded and therefore not shipped.
Please note that Mantle Cosmetics are not responsible for any damages caused by carriers while in transit. If you feel you received a damaged item during transit, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim. In the event you receive a defective product or missing item please contact info@mantlecosmetics.com within 48 hours of receipt of your defected/missing product delivery for a full refund via store credit (less initial shipping costs) or replacement. Refund via store credit for exchange or replacement requests after this allotted time will not be accepted or eligible. Customer must include their order number during their contact for refund via store credit for exchange or replacement to eliminate delay of processing their request.
Refund and Exchanges
Defective items not caused by carriers in transit, are eligible for full refund via store credit and replacement. Shipment of replacements due to defective items will be a paid expense of Mantle Cosmetics. Refund via store credit for exchanges/ replacements will be processed within 1 – 2 business days upon receipt of customers returned defective product and will be sent notification advising of refund via store credit being processed. If customer opt to receive an exchange and the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the re-stock date or given an option to be sent another item of equal value.
All exchanges and replacements will shipped to the initial address provided by customer during checkout only. Refunds are issued via store credit only. No exceptions.
